No, you can't get admission in MBBS without NEET EXAM.
Neet is necessary to get admission in MBBS whether private or government mbbs colleges. Also you have to qualify the neet exam that is minimum criteria.
You can prepare for neet exam next year and then can try to get admission in MBBS course.
Although BAMS is also demanding profession in today's day so you can continue with that.
