In terms of Education and Academics, KIIT School of Biotechnology is good. Most of the faculties are PhD scholars. As Biotechnology is a research based field, the university is more inclined towards research than job. In the aspect of placements, KIIT doesn't offer much placements. However, few companies like Nestle, Ramky, GE, Biocon, GSK, Dr. Reddy's etc. recruit few students from Biotechnology. Placement is not upto the mark.  If you are interested in research or PhD in later, then you can surely go for KIIT as this university encourages and helps students to go for research.
