kisi degree course ke sath sath diploma ka course kre to kya ye valid mana jayega jaise BA ke sath deled kre to kya ye valid hoga?

Hi,

Yes you can pursue both the degree course and diploma course simultaneously but there is a condition that one should be a regular programme and other one should be distance programme. Both of them cannot be distance programme. Only then it will be considered valid.
