• Minimum eligibility to apply for B.Arch. through CET is 10+2 examination or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• Applicants to B.Arch. through COMED-K must complete 10+2 or equivalent with mathematics as a subject/ 10+3 diploma with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• B.Arch. courses through management quota is open for candidates who has passed 10 th with minimum 70% in Mathematics and Science, 11 th with minimum 65% in Mathematics and Physics, 12 th with 65% in Maths and Physics.
• Applicants to B.Arch. must pass NATA or JEE Paper-2 with a valid score.
• While for M.Arch. program, candidate must hold B.Arch. degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
