For majority of the MSc chemistry entrance examinations you need not have mathematics as a subject in 12th standard. Therefore you need not worry about it. It is enough if you have an under graduation qualification in BSC chemistry, then it is enough for you to appear for MSc chemistry  entrance examinations.
