As per my experience and analysis I have not seen a question which is a mixture of two or three chapters atleast in Mathematics and Physics but yes it can come in chemistry and it's very obvious in chemistry the organic chemistry questions are a mixture of two or three chapters. So, be ready for it if you chemistry is weak . Kindly focus on the concepts and mechanisms that are taught in the coaching or school or anywhere you are learning from.
