if you are planning to use your neet results for abroad admission you at least need to qualify the minimum percentile requirement in NEET that is the 50th percentile for which you must be getting around 360 out of 720 and it is impossible that you will get all questions, then you will be answering all the biology questions correctly so don't expect that only biology will get you through with 150 marks because that is a folly to expect
Concentrate on the easy questions of physics like modern physics, electromagnetism and if possible mechanics and thermodynamics changed their high heeled portions as well as organic chemistry chemistry so that you can at least get some marks in the aforesaid subjects and make your work easier

Attempting only biology questions cannot get you admission anywhere ..as minimum 50%ile is required to pass the exam which cannot be achieved by only doing biology questions. The cuttoffs also variate every year. So you need to study and attempt PCB questions in NEET. However if it's tough for you to do all 3 subjects.. then you should focus on biology and chemistry mainly and 7-8 important chapters of Physics. You  plan your schedule accordingly and prepare.
