You just have to pass 12th a minimum of 50% marks in physics chemistry and biology individually if u are from general category .

Dobara 12th Private karra hu neet clear ho jaayega par doubt hai, 12th Private ki wajah se koi prob na ho.

Yes , you can .
All that matters is your marks in the final boards with which you will be applying for the meet exams . I don't think that the previous board's marks will be taken into consideration once you have new report card.
