You haven't mentioned the name of the course for which you have asked the question regarding AMU entrance exam.
However, in general, let me tell you that, you get one mark for each correct answer and 0.25 marks are deducted in case of a wrong answer.
So, Yes. There is negative marking in AMU entrance exam.

Greetings, aspirant!

AMU or Aligarh Muslim University offers a multitude of courses, UG and PG, as well as Junior college courses, the admission to which is given on the basis of an applicant's merit in AMUEE.

The entrance test is hand-written and includes a negative marking scheme. For every wrong attempt, a deduction of 25% of the original marks alloted to a question is observed. The exam is of 100 marks for Arts/Commerce and Science.
