Yes you can go for a 2 year degree Master Of Arts in Hindi program. It doesn't matter whether the master of Arts you are too going to pursue is in specialisations of Hindi English or maths or any other foreign language. The basic eligibility criteria for taking admission in  MA course is to complete any bachelor's degree in any specialisation.
