As per the MCI guidelines for Admission of Persons with Specified Disabilities, for one types of disability i.e. Visual Impairment - a student with a visual disability of 40% or more shall not be eligible to pursue graduate medical education. But students with visual disability of less than 40% are eligible to pursue graduate medical education, but do not qualify for reservation.

Aap ke question ke hisaab se, visual disability agar 39% tak hai (naki 40% ke barabar ya upar), aap admission le sakte hai mbbs mein lekin PWD reservation ke liye nahi mane jayege.
