Hey Palak !
Of course you can take the preparations for NEET 2020 while pursuing BDS at the same time. Many people have done this and guess what, they actually cracked in through.
While it might seem quite selectable option, but let me tell you, this is quite a tough job. BDS isn't that easy a course, so maintaining your current course added to that your preparations for NEET would be quite cumbersome and hectic.
However, if your will power permits you, go forward.
