Hello respected,

You have tagged KCET, so I am assuming that you are asking whether students from Punjab can appear for KCET or not?

So, KCET is only meant for Karnataka students, and students from other states cannot apply for it.

Though, If you want to get admission in the Private colleges of Karnataka you can appear for COMEDK examination.

COMEDK has already released the UGET application form for 2022 on March 14, the last date to apply is May 2.

Follow this link to know more about  the application process.

I hope this helps.
