Eligibility for Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy is candidates need to have passed  10+2 with physics and mathematics. For Army Wing of NDA, candidates needs to be passed 10+2 from a recognized board.As you mentioned you have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology, you can apply for aforementioned posts if your age limit is between 16.5 and 19.5 years.
