At universities other than Central ones and Delhi university it might be possible to pursue a BSc Chemistry hons since you have studied at 10+2 level but for Delhi University you are not eligible since you must have physics and mathematics as a subject as well.

Here is the eligibility criteria for BSc Chemistry hons at University of Delhi -

- A total of no less than 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
