see you did not mention the scholarship exams name, however colleges like lovely professional university, amity university has fees waiver scheme based on your score in entrance exam, if you get 15% scholarship or fees waiver it means you need to pay 15% of less fees to the official fees structure, suppose your semester fees is 30,000, 15% waiver means you need to pay 25,500. if you have any more query you may ask in comment section.
