Writing specifically for the B.Tech programme and 2018 aspirants, you need to get under 20 rank to be sure of getting admission.

In 2016, in the last list,the seats were filled by 52th rank, as far as I remember ( Ashish Jha correct me if I am wrong. )

Whereas, in 2017, in the last list, the seats were filled by 25th rank.

Concerning the question in the comment section, if you failed in JEE Main and BITSAT, you need work hard, real hard to get into Cluster Innovation Centre.
