NITs have 50% seats reserved for their home state students. So with this percentile one can get a seat in NIT . If its homestate quota is not so close like NIT Patna or NIT Jaipur. One of my friend had percentile 94.8%ile and he got Production and Industrial Engineering in NIT Jamshedpur. Some of the IIITs like IIIT Bhagalpur or north east IIITs can give you CSE branch with this percentile.
