Hey Aarti,

While there is no specific mention of whether or not the candidate can wear heena or mehndi to the exam hall in the NEET information brochure, it is better to avoid them. It is because wearing them may cause problem during bio-metric verification. And if bio-metric verification fails (as a consequence of henna or mehndi), the candidate will not be allowed to take the NEET 2019 exam.

In case the candidate has already applied heena or mehndi, they should get it removed. You may wash your hands wit soap and use nail polish removers, which should help the colors fade.
