The candidate has to bring their original documents (along with attested photocopies of certificates) for admission in MBBS BDS course.
Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG  exam provided by CBSE.
Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
Class 10thCertificate (for date of birth)
Class 10+2 Certificate
Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
Proof of identity.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AIIMS COUNSELLING
The prospectus of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) states that those called for counseling have to report with the following documents/ certificates in original:
Admit Card
Call Letter issued by AIIMS, New Delhi
Proof of Date of Birth Certificate/ Mark sheet from the Board from which the candidate passed the 10+2 or equivalent Examination.
Migration certificate from the University/Board last attended
Category certificate (if applicable)
Current passport size photograph (front pose) 6 copies.
One set of self attested copies of all the certifictaes.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the necessary documents for the conselling process are namely the admit card of NEET, the rank card issued, a valid identity proof, your birth certificate, your class 10th marksheet, your 12th class marksheet and an ample number of your passport sized photographgs preferably the same one used at the time of registration. For the state counselling, some states may have additional requirements like domicile certificates and such.
