The Combination includes subjects like History, Sociology, Economics, political science along with the subjects like Criminal law, Patent law, Tax law, international ans labour law and many such. It is a 5 years course. You will also gain practical knowledge throughout the course.

yes you can do these course at same time . According to ugc new policy a student can take two degree same time and study for them but you cannot take two technical degree at same time . you can take ba degree with a technical degree. for more information you can also see ugc website regarding this rule. you can do two ba degree at same time .
