Hii

Yes it is compulsory for appearing and qualifying the entrance exam for getting into LLB course. Without entrance, admission will not be given by any of the colleges.
The most common entrance for LLB is CLAT exam. With CLAT score, you can get admission into any of the 21 NLUs.
Eligibility

  • Candidates should have passed 10+2 board examination from any recognised educational institution.
  • Candidates belonging to the General category need to score at least 45 per cent marks in their qualifying degree. Those belonging to SC and ST categories, need to score at least 40 per cent marks in the aggregate of the subjects.
  • Further, there is no age bar to appear in the Common Law Admission Test.

The application process for CLAT has started and will continue till 31st March.
The exam will be conducted on May 12th 2019.
