The best related subject with logistics is marketing.... But you must always keep in mind that you choose your subjects according to your interest. At last if you do not have interest in your subjects , they won't lead you anywhere. So choose wisely.

For logistics, the best specialization for you would be marketing as you will get the idea about distribution in it which has logistics involved. However, Operations area is all about providing the core knowledge of logistics.
