You need to score an aggregate of 50% in each of physics chemistry and Biology in your class 12 board examination whether it be after your improvement or not if you are from the unreserved category and otherwise 40% if you are from the reserved category

Yes you are eligible for neet as it requires minimum 50% marks in PCB and english and since you are giving improvement exam you are eligible as long as you get the minimum marks required for eligibility in NEET.
