Your question is a bit unclear, amidst the BSc(hons) subject the core areas such as physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology(zoology/botany) still remain popular, other than this some of the emerging fields or equally good to consider are Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, IT, Computer Science etc.
