It seems you are interested in studying your further studies in abroad specifically in Russia. Well, first of all, instead of your specific markings of Physics and Chemistry, you first have to decide what course you want to study in Russia.

After deciding your course of study, you have to decide the college or university where you want to study your course. After short-listing a list of colleges you prefer, you have to go through their eligibility criteria(s).

You have to carefully see what requirements or educational qualifications are required for applying for the course of your choice. Like we have cut-offs in Indian colleges/universities , they too shall have such a marking bar.

There are several government, semi-government, private institutions in Russia, it's a big nation and many cities within it. You have to decide with utmost observance. After deciding your course and colleges, start applying to them. Many international colleges accept online applications from Foreign nationals.

Once you are done applying, wait for their call/ acceptance letter. Rejection is a part and parcel of life so don't be disheartened by any (God forbids). Always try to stick to your goal and capabilities. Studying abroad is not a charm , the charm is the career you build out of it.
