See no book in this world is enough....but the truth is if u want to score more then u have to follow other books...but if u follow the ncert you can still solve 80plus questions in biology...so better to focus on any single books that will boost your confidence also...

I would say, yes as NCERT covers 90% syllabus of questions of Biology as per the previous record so it would be better to get it done properly but apart from this I would also suggest you to follow some standard reference books as well to keep yourself in a safer side in case the pattern changes or the questions come from somewhere else.
