Hi ayyanar

You apply for the counselling as soon as you applied for the counselling the Tamil nadu government will leave a website which shows the minimum cutoff mark for the course .cutoff mark will be based on which category you belongs to.

you can also go for marine by learning mechanical engineering.If you want to go for an marine job only you can apply for marine.But fact is if you have relatives working in marine feild you can easly.Get a good college.
