Yes you have qualified the exam then you will get the admission in the medical or dental or any other course you want to carry. Considaering you as a general category candidate the govt.  medical colleges are not in your range because the marks range for the govt. medical college for general category candidate is 450+. There can be a possibility for the dental branch and other branches also so I would suggest you to go for the counselling rounds and then you will be able to know the admission in the college. If you are from general category,  you will not get a seat in government medical college but chances are that you may get a seat in private medical colleges.
If you are from sc / st category you have chance of getting a seat under state in government medical college.
