You can calculate your rank from your percentile score. The process is simple. The formula is somewhat like this- [ 100 - (your percentile score) ] x (the number of candidates appeared in the exam / 100).
Suppose, you have got 90 percentile in Jee Main and the number of candidates appeared in Jee Main is 12 lacs, so you can calculate your rank like this-
( 100 - 90) x ( 1,200,000 / 100 ). Therefore your expected rank would be around 120,000. By this way, you can have quite an accurate idea about the rank. But this is not your actual rank, it is expected rank, your actual depends on various criteria like, your category, if scores have been tied with another candidate, in these cases, the rank changes slightly. Through this process, you can get an idea whether you can go for Jee Advanced or not. Hii Aspirant,

We cannot exactly find out at what rank how much marks would a candidate get, but we try to predict the range by seeing previous years cut offs and seeing at how much marks what rank was secured , and by that we predict how much minimum marks are required to get what rank.

Ranks can be calculated from percentile as
Rank = {(100- percentile)/100} no of candidates who gave the exam

Hope my answer helps
