For admission in M.Sc. Physics from IITs, your rank must lie below AIR 400 in IIT JAM. previous year closing rank for M.Sc. Physics in IITs was AIR 431 for IIT Jodhpur. Since your rank is far away from air 400 so It is tough to get IITs.
But don't worry, you can get admission in Top NITs and IISER for Your Masters.
