The two-year, full-time Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations and Area Studies program is provided by Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi's School of International Studies.

All of the Centers of Study of the School participate in the two-year Master's Degree Programme in International Relations and Area Studies. This program focuses on area studies, a method of social science in which the School has particular capabilities thanks to its nine area studies Centers that span the whole world.
