no you cannot include physical education marks in best of four.

Inclusion of any subject other than given in Lists A and B will lead to a deduction of 2.5% per subject on the aggregate of the Best Four.

there is a list of subjects given by delhi university  that you cannot use to calculate your best of four marks.
