A M.sc in Biotechnology and a MBA in Biotechnology are two different domains of the same field. If you are research oriented and would like to pursue a career in research in this field then, M.sc in Biotechnology would be a good option for you. But, if you want to work in the management department of a biotechnology firm, then a MBA would be a  right option for you.
