If we talk about job opportunity then MBA- Finance could be a better option compared to MBA-HR, because a  Finance person can handle HR.  Finance does have more opportunities compared to HR. HR has already has lot of professionals. Finance is the core of any industry. Although Finance and HR both are demanding skills in today’s job market. It depends on your interest which course would you like to study and in which field you are good either in finance or HR. So personal interest matters a lot when you choose any field.
