Hello Aspirant,
Yes you may do MBA and MCA simultaneously if you can manage. But both the courses cannot be done in regular mode simultaneously.You may opt for one course through regular mode and other through distance/correspondence mode.Universities like IGNOU does not ask any kind of  original documentation so if you wish, you can do the distance from there.
