After completing MBBS if you join government medical hospital you will get government salary which is different in every state. If you join any private hospital then you will get salary from there own rules and regulations. I'll give you a normal amount like if you are West Bengal State government hospital doctor then you will get 5 to 8 lakh per annum staring. And if you work in private reputed hospital then you will earn 1lakh per month infact. It's totally depends on State and hospitals always.
