The tuition fee for Dr. DY Patil Medical College, Pune is Rs. 25,00,000 per annum. The eligibility fee (for first year only) is Rs. 2,00,000. Hostel charges, including mess, is Rs. 2,80,700. The caution amount is Rs. 50,000 (refundable after course completion).

The annual fee will increase 7% every year and is applicable for 5 years.
