It would have been better if you would have specified the college in which you need M.B.B.S. fee structure but still I will provide you a genral fee structure. The lowest fees is around 1600 for 5.5 years which is for AIIMS delhi while the highest fee is around 1 crore for 5.5 years at Sree Balaji medical College, chennai ( private).

Hence you can expect relatively lower fees at government medical colleges while fees at private or deemed medical University are very high.
