Hi Kumar Rohit Singh

It depend totally on the vacancies and the your choice to choose.

If you choose to job in the hospital of your college, then you can go for it too very easily but if you want to go somewhere else, then its your choice.

In some colleges, it is being in practice thebondage to serve the state for some period of time or otherwise you have to break th ebond and give some money for breaking it.

Hope this might helps you

All the best

Hello Kumar,
Yes, it's possible many private medical colleges employ their students after they have completed their MBBS.

There are many colleges cum hospitals where officials allow the students to do practice and students with good academics can get chance to work in the same college as well. So basically the criteria varies college wise and it is also based how well student has performed.

Hope this helps!!!
