You don't have choice here. Because the courses you have mentioned here are different levels.  BSC is under graduation course and mcom is post graduation course. You can choose BSC once you complete your 12th and you can choose M.COM once you complete your graduation.

Here graduation comes after intermediate and post graduation comes after graduation. So BSC is Graduation course and M.com is post graduation course
