Yes you can get admission in private colleges in Uttar pradesh. Here is the list of some private colleges :

1. Shri Ram mukhti samarak institute of medicine, bareilley.

With your mentioned score it will be quite tough to get a good private medical college. But some private colleges do admit student with lower marks but for that they charge good amount of donation. In some cases you may not have to pay those donations but then the college fees will be much higher.
