Dear Priyanka, ESI  Hyderabad is a Government Medical College and all the seats are filled through NEET counselling only. There is no option for Management Quota. Bhaskar Medical College has a cut off 378 marks for SC Category. That was the least marks in this College. For a seat under Management Quota in this college, the cut off in 2018 was 385. With 131 marks, unfortunately you cannot get a seat in either of the colleges. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
