Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board(BCECEB) have the following eligibility criteria to give the exam:

Firstly physics and maths should be compulsory subjects in class 12

Second, in qualifying exam that is class 12, in general category you should get 45% Mark's whereas for OBC /SC/ST  are required to have 40% minimum Mark's.

As you have 48% Mark's and I am assuming you are from science stream , you are eligible to appear for BCECB exam.
