dekho state wise alag alag cut offs rehte hai . for example, agar aap UP se ho toh government college me seat milne ke liye maximum rank 60k ka lagta hai ( counselling ke round 3 tak wait krneke baad mostly) aur minimum rank around 5k ya usey kaam pr miljata hai.
1422 polytechnic rank pr aapko government college me seat araam se mil jayegi. phir bhi i recommend checking it with your state's previous year's cut off.
