Hey!

To check your name under special category in Aligarh Muslim University, you need to check on your own as per AMU guidelines. There is no reservation for Muslims in this University.
There is certainly reservation for OBC/SC/ST though.
For admission in AMU, you need to either give Departmental Admission Test or Entrance Exam. The criteria varies from course to course.  
For Bachelor's in science courses, the admission is on the basis of Departmental Admission Test. This test is conducted in Aligarh.
