Hello Anjana,
Yes definitely, you can do BPT.
Most of the universities and colleges have their independent procedures of admission to the BPT course. Some hold their entrance examination while some do it on the basis on merit list.
You can do BPT irrespective of your NEET score.
I would advice you to once check for the procedure with the college that you're looking forward to.
