145 marks is too  low a score to get any medical MBBS college whether its private or government college. Getting a BDS  college is also very tough.Even if you it will not be a very standard one with this rank.I would advise you to prepare for Neet for the next year nicely and achieve a greater marks.It will be easy for you to get government prestigious medical college then.It's better to try next year with nice preparation than to get admission in a college with this marks this year.
