Though i would like to inform your son can apply to punjab irrespective of domicile from 15% All India Quota or any state with AIQ, and yes if you have domicile certificate of punjab and can prove your nativity to punjab with domicile certificate yes your son can apply to punjab from home state quota which has 85% reservation for home state quota candidates even if your son has done 11th and 12th from rajasthan.
