I have analysed last year datas and I will say that it's bit difficult to get top engineering college with this rank.
But yes you can get a good college with Chemical as a branch.
Actually at this point of time caste category, domicile or any special quota plays an important role while admission.
So as you are from Hyderabad, you can take benefit of it.
And you'll get good college.
